Stephen Charlton

Stephen CharltonBusiness Visualiser

One of the challenges of any Business Process Improvement initiative, is winning the hearts and minds of the people within the company. When this impacts across the whole business and in different departments, it can easily become difficult for people to comprehend the bigger picture.

His gift for simplicity has helped clients such as Shell, GKN and Unilever to understand the ‘big picture’ of their business issues and communicate core values that are ‘lived’ throughout the company, resulting in an engaged and productive workforce.

Visualising the future is a rare talent that Stephen has in abundance, bringing his enthusiasm, creativity and energy to every project he undertakes. He also helps us avoid 'Death by Powerpoint' presentations!
